Manifestation Coaching

The preparation for manifesting is probably the most important stage. I will teach you about the science of manifesting and how our brains can be wired to focus purely on opportunity and growth. 

Here we will delve into what you really, really want, ensuring you are aligned with your purpose and in your flow. 

We will address any current beliefs or behaviours that could be replaced with a new mindset and way of life that can motivate and invigorate you for an exciting new future.

You will create an energy that welcomes growth and evolution for your manifestation to come in. 

This module is about doing the work. 

We will analyse your learning and attention points to establish a practice that is inspiring for you. This will involve journaling, vision boards, meditation and hypnosis practice, planning diet and lifestyle choices relevant to you and creating realistic, achievable and measurable goals. 

Each person is different, so this will be a personalised, collaborative plan that is tailored to your strengths, likes and resources. 

This module is all about accountability. 

So many people believe that manifesting is about just wanting something really badly, then sitting back and waiting for it to come to you. No. Part of manifesting is putting in the work to improve yourself, improve your life and make an effort to achieve what you need to for your manifestation to come in. 

We will focus on development and understanding plateaus, pit falls and how to stay motivated in the waiting period. 

Surrender. 

This may be the hardest part. With all the excitement and effort you have invested, the waiting is often a challenging phase. 

Here, we focus on patience, expectation, and above all surrender. Remaining in an energy of lack (ie. Where is my manifestation? Where is it?? Why isn't it here yet???), will not only create frustration, but could become a blockage. 

Surrender, trust and focus are the themes of this module to set you up to receive all your hearts desires.
